The women’s Scarpa Mescalito is a performance approach shoe developed for use on longer, more arduous approaches and even scrambling/low grade routes.

The Mescalitio is built around the Vibram Dynamis sole unit using state of the art Lite Base technology, which significantly reduces the weight of the shoe without compromise. This is combined with a bi-density EVA midsole which gives much more cushioning that conventional approach shoes. The outsole is Vibram Megagrip for maximum grip and traction on smooth surfaces.

The upper of the Mescalito is constructed from a thermo-embossed suede, which gives a very individual fit without stretch. A new lightweight, lateral PU rand shields the shoe from scuffs and scrapes, and a rubber toe cap offers grip as well as protection. The lace to toe design combined with the stretch fit tongue ensure the best possible foot hold.

Scarpa have also adapted the Mescalitos sole unit - allowing it to be fully resoled and therefore extend its life cycle.
